We are here to thank you for ordering with Gracee Jewellery. Please contact our team via telephone or email before you return any faulty item/s, otherwise all returns will not be handled.

We will exchange a faulty item if returned within 28 days with order invoice number; provided that it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault or the damage occurred during delivery.
Returned goods with reasonable period are deem to be damaged or faulty only, will be repaired or replaced where possible. If neither of these options is available the item/s will be credited or refund directly to your account. Please note we cannot replace or refund which jewellery has had considerable wear and tear, and/or has come into contact with perfume or other substances.
